Your answers to these questions and more can be given now by completing the LibQUAL+ survey, a worldwide online survey sponsored by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). Because of assessment results and comments submitted in previous LibQUAL+ surveys, by survey takers like you, Cowles Library updated the computers in the Information Commons area, improved access to databases from off-campus, added pharmacy and science databases, expanded hours of operation, added a science librarian, increased student worker training, and will soon have a coffee counter. We are looking forward to seeing your next “helpful hints.”
