Cowles Library has two new databases! The National Review Archive and the New Republic Archive.

The National Review has been a leading journal of opinion since its inception in 1955 while The New Republic, founded in 1914, is the country's leading journal of opinion on politics and the arts.

These new additions complement our ongoing subscription to the Nation Archives.

Each database contains the full run of its respective publication.
