Authors who submit their work to eScholarShare@Drake do not thereby give up the copyright to their work. Drake University does not seek or claim copyright on any of the works submitted to eScholarShare@Drake. The following is the Non-Exclusive Distribution License Agreement (“License Agreement”) authors must agree to as part of the process of submitting material to eScholarShare@Drake. The intent of the License Agreement is to give Drake University permission to post the material openly on the Web and to take the necessary steps to preserve the material. NON-EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTION LICENSE AGREEMENT

By signing and submitting this License Agreement, you (the author(s) or copyright owner(s)) grant to Drake University the non-exclusive right to reproduce, convert and/or distribute your submission (including the abstract) worldwide in print and electronic format and in any medium, including but not limited to audio and/or video.

You agree that Drake University may, without changing the content, convert the submission to any medium or format.

You also agree that Drake University may keep more than one copy of this submission. Drake University will make a good faith effort to preserve and distribute your submission. In the event your submission can no longer be maintained as part of the eScholarShare@Drake repository, Drake University will make a reasonable attempt to return the content to the submitting departments/units/individuals. If the submitting departments/units/individuals cannot be located through reasonable effort, the materials may be appraised and an attempt will be made to archive the materials.

You represent that the submission is your original work, and that you have the right to grant the rights contained in this license. You also represent that your submission does not, to the best of your knowledge, infringe upon anyone's copyright.

If the submission contains material for which you do not hold copyright, you represent that you have obtained any necessary permission from the copyright owner to grant Drake University the rights set forth in this License Agreement, and that such third-party owned material is clearly identified and acknowledged within the text or content of the submission.

If the submission is based upon work that has been sponsored or supported by an agency, organization or other third-party pursuant to a contract or agreement, you represent that you have fulfilled all obligations in such contract or agreement pertaining to licensure and distribution of the submission and that such contract or agreement is not in conflict with the rights granted by you in this License Agreement.

Drake University will clearly identify your name(s) as the author(s) or owner(s) of the submission.
